I started this series back in 95 for a show at the Brooklyn Brewery, in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The basis of the series was simple, I wanted to do some portraits on some of my favorite musicians using colors and shapes that would be impactful and ambiguous at the same time. I listen to a lot of Rock and Hip-Hop, so the artist I chose came from those musical genres.
